Welcome to CyberNowLab.pro. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our practical IT security education offerings. By engaging with any service, information product, or good provided by CyberNowLab, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Our practical IT security education services include live training sessions, workshops, and webinars. Access to these services is granted upon full payment. Certain services may be scheduled at fixed dates and times as specified during enrollment.

2. Information Products

Information products comprise digital study guides, video courses, and recorded seminars. Upon purchase, you will receive access credentials or download instructions. Digital products are licensed for personal use only and must not be shared.

3. Goods

Physical goods include branded materials such as manuals or hardware kits. Physical goods are eligible for a refund if you ship them back within 30 days of receipt in unused condition. Please follow our shipping instructions after contacting us. Reimbursements will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the items.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with our offerings. Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified below. All requests must be sent via the Contact Form.

• Services: You may request a refund up to 7 calendar days before the scheduled start of a live session. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Sessions may be transferred to another date if space is available; please indicate your preference when requesting a reimbursement.
• Information Products: Digital products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. After that period or usage threshold, no reimbursements are permitted.
• Goods: Physical goods are eligible for a refund if you ship them back within 30 days of receipt in unused condition. Please follow our shipping instructions after contacting us. Reimbursements will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the items.

Certain promotional packages or bundle offers explicitly state a no-refund policy. In such cases, refunds are not available due to the discounted structure of the offering.

5. Schedule Changes and Transfers

If you need to change your scheduled service, notify us at least 7 days in advance. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee. Requests made within 7 days of the session start date cannot be accommodated.
